Description

Handmade with ethically sourced wool sourced in Great Britain. Produced with our partner Lower Park with extremely limited runs of each design. Each hat is unique due to the nature of how it is made.

They do not work with sweatshops – everything from the embroidery, to the entire stitching, is done with love and care.

This fabric is from the renowned producer, W. Bill. The company, started by William Bill in 1846, in Mold, North Wales.

Originally William Bill specialised in blankets and Welsh flannels, but they soon branched out into tweeds and later into the finest cashmeres. Initially using tweed for menswear was a radical move, popularised by the Duke of Windsor in particular, the firm moved to London in 1892.

W. Bill tweeds and knitwear were worn by Picasso, Shacketon and Hilary

On the inside, there is a tag displaying the flag of the fabric’s country of origin.
